Whilst we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the information on www.foxyequestrian.com each product purchased is sold subject to its product description. We take reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of each product appearing on the website is correct at the time when relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, information including product descriptions appearing on this website at a time may not always reflect the exact moment you place your order. We cannot confirm the price of a product until your order is accepted in accordance with our order acceptance policy. If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be informed and if possible, offered an alternative item. We reserve the right to amend postage and packaging prices as necessary.
The prices of products are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges. If a delivery charge applies to your order this will be notified to you during the transactional element or the ordering process and again in the order acknowledgment email that we send to you. Prices and delivery charges displayed are valid and effective only in the United Kingdom. Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change at any time prior to us dispatching your order and taking payment from you.
Colours, materials and fabrics
Although colours shown on this website are a good likeness to produced items, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to screen quality.
Where a bespoke logo is required and an image supplied for digitisation, we will endeavour to match colours as closely as possible.
We will be happy to provide small samples of colours should these be required. These samples will be subject to availability and a small fee may apply.
Unless otherwise stated at time of ordering, embroidery designs are embroidered in colours best suited to garment. Motifs and Outline designs will be embroidered in colour to match lettering unless thread colour choice stated at time of ordering.
We reserve the right to make minor changes to embellishments due to supplier availability.
Orders are submitted via the website. You must add the product(s) you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout. To confirm your order, you will be asked to input your payment details (payment method). Once this is confirmed you are consenting to our terms and conditions.
We will then process the payment details you have given us to take payment for your order and then send you and order acknowledgement email to confirm that we have received your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may result in one of the following;
The product your ordered being unavailable from our stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, all monies taken will be reimbursed within 30 days of taking the original payment.
You should check all emails corresponding to your product(s) ordered for accuracy and let us know immediately if there are any errors. None of our emails constitute acceptance of your submitted order. Your order will be accepted by us when we despatch the product(s) to you.
