Great News!
Foxy Equestrian can now offer exchanges and refunds to any of our “ready made products”.
This applies to our Riding Tights, Hat Bands, Socks & Plain Pom Silks that are in perfect condition, unworn.
The return process for this is as follows. Within 3 days of receipt of goods you must email foxyequestrian@gmail.com with your Invoice number, the reason for the return and the outcome you desire .We will at this point send you our Returns form to complete and enclose with the items along with the return address. We must receive the goods back within 14 days of delivery. We will not refund postage costs and you are responsible for covering the cost of return postage and safe arrival of such return to FoxyEquestrian.
Foxy Equestrian are predominantly a bespoke business.
This means that when you buy any customisable product, for example, Hat Silk, Base Layer, Sweatshirt, Hoodie, Jacket that has a colour choice that you pick from, we are making this item especially for YOU. This also includes any product from our BE Inspired pages. FoxyEquestrian do NOT hold stock of any designs, everything is made to order, this is why we can provide such a wide range of design choices .As a result these items can only be returned for an exchange or refund incurring a 25% re stocking fee. These items will be re sold at a discounted rate in our Sale.

Personalised Goods
Any item that you have personalised with name, initials or is a product that is not on the website is not returnable and not refundable,
Faulty order
If your item is not in satisfactory condition when you receive it please email us immediately foxyequestrian@gmail.com with your Invoice number and a detailed description including pictures of the problem. Upon receipt of email we will discuss a solution and provide you with our returns form to complete and enclose with the items along with the return address. Your item will be fixed or replaced and returned to you at no additional cost, furthermore we will refund the cost of your return to us.
Sale/Discounted Items
Any Items purchased in the sale or at a discounted rate are not eligible for a refund, they can be exchanged or a credit note will be issued upon approval.
Posted deliveries that are returned to us will be disposed of after 20 days. If a re-delivery is required then the cost of posting will be invoiced and the order reposted upon completed payment.
No returns will be accepted after 14 days of delivery.
Any unauthorised return will be held for 20 days and then destroyed.
