Since all our items are bespoke and is the nature of FoxyEquestrian, we are unable to offer returns or refunds. However, if you are not 100% happy with your items we will work with you making the required adjustments until an agreement between both parties have been made. This agreement will become binding once we have established the reasons behind your dissatisfaction with your product(s) these will need to be emailed and agreed upon before any work is carried out.
If the product is damaged upon delivery we will reimburse your reasonable costs of return of the product. Not a refund for the product. The return is to be (up to the value it would have cost to return the product(s) using Royal Mail standard service and at your option replace the product (where the same or equivalent products are available) You must always obtain a certificate of posting from the Royal Mail. It is your responsibility to arrange collection of any unauthorised returns from our premises, for example products that have been returned because they were defective, but which are subsequently found not to be defective; accordingly, we reserve the right to return these products to you at your cost. Such product will be held for a period of 3 months after which time the product will be destroyed if you have not made the appropriate arrangements for the goods to be returned to you.
