All products should be ordered by 9/12/21 to guarantee Christmas delivery.

We are attending The London International Horse Show 2021, STAND G325.

We will be making during this period but products will not be sent until we arrive home 21/12/21.
Making & dispatch depend on current stock levels at the time of ordering.
Because we are at a show, stock levels shown online may NOT be accurate.

22nd December
Final postage when selecting 1st Class.
We will still be posting Riding Tights, Foxy Base Layers*, Socks, Caps & Hat Bands up until 22/12/21.

You are very welcome to call or email us to check on stock levels, however we will be extremely busy and may not be able to get back to you as promptly as we would like.

All post is sent tracked and signed via Royal Mail. If you are wanting to track an order please use the Tracking number that has been sent to the email and mobile number you provided us at time of order.
Your order confirmation was also sent to the email address you provided, please check your junk files.

*Foxy Base Layers are the Navy, White, Grey and Brilliant Blue 1/4 zip Base Layers, plain with no print.


We aim to dispatch orders next working day.

As the majority of our items are made to order some items will take longer to dispatch, particularly in peak times.

Riding Tights, Hat Bands, Ear Warmers* (marked as in stock) will be sent next working day. We aim to dispatch most Silks (with or without personalisation) next working day also. Other Clothing and XC Sets can take up to 7 working days to be dispatched, in some instances these can be dispatched much sooner, please contact us for more information.

*Riding Hat Ear Warmers that are on back order can take up to 10 working days to be dispatched in peek times but is usually much quicker.

We use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed 24/48 Hour service, you will be sent a tracking number and informed of your parcels whereabouts along the way. It is important that you provide your correct email and phone number for this process to work efficiently.

If you have received a Tracking number and your item does not arrive when it says it should you have 48hours to report this to us on the details below so that we can make an immediate investigation.

You must provide us with your original FoxyEquestrian Invoice number and any Tracking details you have received. Please check your junk folders for these details before contacting us.


Customs & Duties

For our worldwide customers, who are not part of the EU, everything remains the same.

For our customers who are part of the EU – orders will now be subject to tax and duty charges.

You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. 

We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost as charges vary around the world. 

As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. 

If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.

It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.

 If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your shipment will be destroyed and you will not be entitled to a refund.
