Customs & Duties
From the 1st January 2021 things are changing.
For our worldwide customers, who are not part of the EU, everything will remain the same.
For our customers who are part of the EU –orders will now be subject to tax and duty charges.
You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods.
We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost as charges vary around the world.
As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be.

It is your full responsibility to verify the customs, duties charges, and procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your shipment will be destroyed and you will not be entitled to a refund.
We aim to dispatch orders next working day.
As the majority of our items are made to order some items will take longer to dispatch, particularly in peek times.
Riding Tights, Hat Bands, Ear Warmers* (marked as in stock) will be sent next working day. Most Silks with or without personalisation we aim to dispatch next working day also. Other Clothing and XC Sets can take up to 7 working days to be dispatched, in some instances these can be dispatched much sooner, please contact us for more information.
*Riding Hat Ear Warmers that are on back order can take up to 10 working days to be dispatched in peek times but is usually much quicker.
We use Royal Mail Tracked and Signed 24/48 Hour service, you will be sent a tracking number and informed of your parcels whereabouts along the way. It is important that you provide your correct email and phone number for this process to work efficiently.
If you have received a Tracking number and your item does not arrive when it says it should you have 48hours to report this to us on the details below so that we can make an immediate investigation.

You must provide us with your original FoxyEquestrian Invoice number and any Tracking details you have received. Please check your junk folders for these details before contacting us.
